Aug 3, 2016

August. 3, 2016, Princeton, NJ – VOX Telehealth, a leader in the development of procedure-specific, patient engagement programs, today announced the addition of Kristi Crowe as Senior Vice President of Ortho Solutions, effective immediately. As a longtime consultant with extensive experience in the orthopedic industry, Crowe will steer VOX in delivering orthopedic solutions that proactively manage patients and aid healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care more efficiently.

As part of her role, Crowe will also be responsible for developing an orthopedic advisory board. With guidance from industry experts, the board will ensure VOX’s solutions align with provider preferences, effectively engage patients in their care, and provide optimal care plans for successful patient outcomes.

“We are committed to a mission of improving patient outcomes by redefining the patient experience and recovery model,” said David Brown, Founder and CEO of VOX Telehealth. “Kristi will play an integral role in helping us achieve this goal. She brings significant insights that will serve to guide VOX in meeting providers’ needs throughout the value-based evolution in healthcare.”

Crowe joins VOX with more than 20 years of healthcare consulting, management and clinical experience. She currently leads orthopedics intelligence and analytics at Sg2 as an associate vice president and will maintain that position, in addition to her new role at VOX.

“As the healthcare industry transitions from a focus on quantity to quality, care coordination and patient connectivity are critical for success under episodic payment bundles,” said Kristi Crowe. “I am thrilled to join VOX to help shape the solution that truly manages patients on a deeper level, which enables providers to improve outcomes, and ultimately reduce the cost of care.”

Prior to joining Sg2, Crowe was an orthopedic service line consultant, collaborating with physician groups and hospital organizations to develop and implement orthopedics, spine and rehabilitation strategic plans. Earlier in her career, she worked as a physical therapist, serving both in clinical and management positions. Crowe frequently speaks at a variety of physician and healthcare leadership conferences. She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in physical therapy from the University of North Dakota and maintains her license to practice physical therapy in Colorado.
